Work For Us
We are looking for 2 operators on either a full time or seasonal basis (preferably full time).
Our busy season starts in August and runs until mid December. Our core work is winter feed crop establishment along with general crops and re-grassing for mainly the dairy industry. Standard work week over this time is 6 days with Sunday always a rest day.
After a break over the Christmas - New Year period, we bale and cart straw along with re-grassing and planting crops. Winter time we spend in our heated workshop rebuilding equipment to ensure minimal breakdowns in season.
Our workshop has two engineers with a full range of engineering equipment as this side of the business undertakes outside engineering work along with parts and product sales and supply.
We are looking for people to start between now and mid July at the latest.
Pay rates are well above the industry standard, as is our expectation of commitment from staff in the performance of each job.

Our tractors run John Deere Greenstar autosteer and have a fridge for cold drinks and oven for heating food in them.
We have a social club with trips away. This is a friendly workplace where all staff get along.

We are very generous with time off if wanted outside of August until mid December.
